Because of bad flexibility, I had hard time to train my lower body.
movements like squat or over head squat I just can't do it with good form or even squat down while keep my should open and body straighten.
Now I'm very proud of myself that I can finally made it the over head squat with empty bar even the end of squat has a bit downward of my butt.
